Breakfast summer yogurt fruit jar

 Ingredients- roasted rolled oats- 2 tbsp

yogurt- 1 cup

water-1/4 cup

mint sprig-2-3

khand or coconut sugar-1 tsp(optional)


for topping- mango- 1 slice

peaches- 2(cut into cubes)


Method- In a bowl take curd and water, beat it properly.then mix together roasted rolled oats. cover it and place in fridge for a minimum of 6 hours.

remove oats from the fridge. add fruits and mint sprig on the top.
