Boiled kashmiri rajma -1 Tbsp

Bell pepper, sliced lengthwise-1/2 cup
1 onion, thinly sliced lengthwise
1/2 of a small raw mango, thinly sliced
whole wheat chapati-1 
honey mustard-1 tbsp
garlic- 3 cloves
oil-1 tsp
salt and pepper- acc taste
oregano -1/3rd tsp
chili flakes-acc taste
Heat oil in a non stick pan and add chopped bellpepper ,onions and sliced garlic.Saute for 2 minutes.Then add rajmah and saute for another 5 minutes till become dry.Now add, raw mango, salt ,pepper ,oregano and chiliflakes,mix properly.Take chapati and spread honey mustard sauce over it.Fill rajmah mixture in the chapati and make roll.
you can serve this with salasa dip.
