4-5 Parwal

1 tsp Besan

1/2 tsp Haldi

1/4 tsp lal Mirch powder

salt to taste

 2 tsp lime juice




Wash parwal  and remove end part from both the sides. Cut parwal length wise into 2 halves.

Coat with besan, haldi, lal mirch powder and salt.


Grease the cooking tray with little oil, put the pieces and air fry. Garnish with freshly chopped coriander and lime juice.
