crunchy salad

2-3 jalapenos chopped

1 slice mango

1medium size cucumber

½ apple

4-5 grapes

Ice berg lettuce- few leaves

2 slice pineapple

1 tomato

1 green onion

1tsp flax seed toasted

1 tsp olive oil

1 tsp balsamic vinegar/ lime juice

Salt and pepper to tate



Peel carrot and cucumber. Tear ice berg lettuce by hand into 3-4 pieces. Cut all the things in small cubes. Mix olive oil, balsamic vinegar or lime juice, salt and pepper in a bowl to make  the dressing. Spread the salad in the serving dish and pour  the dressing over it, toss it well and sprinkle flax seeds.
