Hibiscus Tea

 For Hibiscus tea

2 tbsp dried Hibiscus Flowers
2 cups Water
stevia for sweetening
1 tsp spoon Fresh Lime Juice
8-10 mint leaves
1 sprig lemon grass

Bring the hibiscus flowers and water to a boil in a pot. Once the water starts boiling, switch off the flame and cover the vessel. At this point, you can add mint leaves,lemon grass. Let the tea steep for 15-20 minutes. Mix in stevia and lime juice till completely combined. Strain the tea.
You can either serve hibiscus tea warm or you can chill it in the refrigerator for a couple of hours. Either way it tastes delicious.

**if the flavour goes strong you can add more water and dilute it as per your taste.
