High fibre millet pizza

 Ingredients for pizza base
20g jowar atta
20g wheat atta
1/2 tsp oregano

Ingredients for pizza topping.
1 big tomato
2-3 cloves garlic
30 g fetta cheese/ cottage cheese/ mozrilla cheese
1 cup mix veggies,sliced( mushroom, bellpepper,jalapeno)
1/3 tsp chilli flakes ( optional)
1/2 tsp oregano
salt and pepper.

Knead jowar,wheat and oregano in water and make a soft dough.roll into a tortilla.Cook it from both the sides on a skillet.This will be your pizza base.Churn tomato and garlic in mixy and make a paste add salt according to taste.spread this paste uniformly on the base. Then add cheese of your choice,veggies and bake for 7-8 mins at 200 degree. u can also do it on non stick tawa also.
