Hungcurd sandwich


200g curd

salt and pepper to taste

2 tsp honey

2 stalks spring onion, finely chopped

2 tbsp red and yellow bellpepper, chopped

1 tbsp mustard thick mustard

2 slice whole wheat bread or multigrain Bread



Over a medium saucepan place a strainer. Place a muslin cloth over the strainer and put the curd in it let it rest for 4 hours till the water is drained into the saucepan.

In a large mixing bowl add the remaining ingredients. spoon in the curd and mix well.Ajust salt honey to taste.

Spread this mixture on a slice of bread and place another slice on top of it. if you want to grill or toast it, you can do so.
