no body can stop aging ,but you can atleast slow down the food rich in collagen like raw tomatoes. eat 1 avocado a day for younger looking skin. drink water at least 12 glasses and include atleast 1 fresh coconut water to your diet. avoid junk,stay positive laugh a lot and you will really slow down the time .
