Makhana Salad



1 cup thinly sliced purple cabbage

1 cup thin/y sliced red yellow bellpepper

1/2 cup thin sliced carrot

salt and pepper to taste

1 tsp oil

1/2 cup roasted makhana



1 red bellpepper

2 dried red chilli, soaked in water

3-4 buds garlic 

1 tsp oil

salt to taste.





For dressing roast red bell pepper .Keep it aside to cool and remove the skin. dry roast garlic and remove the skin. churn , red chilli, garlic, red bell pepper in a mixy to make thin paste. add salt and 1 tsp olive oil and mix well.


Take 1 tsp of oil in a pan and stir fry all the veggies and add salt pepper to it. Add dressing nd mix well.


Dry roast makhana till crisp. 


Add dry roasted makhana to the veggies and toss just once so that makhana wont go soggy and serve.
