Moong sprouts kebab
1 small cup Moong Sprouts
1 medium size boiled Potato
1 tbsp oats flour
Salt to taste1 tsp Chopped green chillies
2 tsp Kasuri methi
1/2 tsp amchur
Pinch of garam masala
1 tsp oil
Wash moong sprouts properly and then steam it for 10 minutes.put it on a strainer and let it cool
Take a mixing bowl ,add mashed potato,sprouts,oats flour,chillies,kasuri methi,salt,Amchur and garam masala and make a soft dough. Rest it for 10 mins
Take small portion of the dough and make small disc.grease all the discs and grill it in oven.
To grill it preheat oven at 180 degrees Celsius and grilling time is 15-20 mins.
Can make it in Air-Fryer or Simply roast on non-stick.
Serve hot with Coriander,mint chutney
