Navratra special sabu dana

1/2 cup sabu dana, rinsed and soaked in water over night
1 small potato,, peeled and diced
1 tbsp roasted and crushed peanuts
1 tsp desi ghee
salt to taste
1 tsp curry leaves
1/2 tsp zeera
1/2 tsp chopped ginger
1 tsp lime juice
2 tsp chopped coriander
1 tsp chopped green chillies
1/2 tsp sugar


Drain out extra water from the soaked sabudana. Add sugar,roasted and crushed peanuts to it and mix well.Keep aside.

Heat a pan and add Desi ghee. Put cumin seeds and stir till brown. Add chopped ginger , green chillies , curry leaves and stir well.Add potato, salt and cook until soft. Now add sabudana and mix well.Add chopped coriander, lime juice and  swtich off the flame .
