100g oats
50 g Jaggery/ khand/ shakkar
50 g dates
cardamom powder 1 tsp
crushed almonds - 2 tbsp
1 tbsp dried rose petal
Soak dates in warm water overnight and then chopped into small pieces
Dry roast oats in a pan. Add granulated jaggery or shakkar to it and stir till jaggery melts and mixes properly with oats. Add crushed almonds ,chopped dates, cardamom powder,dried rose petals and mix well. switch off the flame if it has already become sticky. cool the mixture. Brush little ghee on your palm and make small rolls out of the mixture.
