Olive Cheese Canapé’s

Serving – 4
Ingredients- cottage cheese low fat- 1 cup grated
Yoghurt – 2 tsp
Celery leaves- 1 sprig chopped finely
Green chilies- ¼ tsp, chopped finely
Black olives – 6 cut into thin slices
Brown bread slice- 4
Butter – 2 tsp
For the garnish
Pitted olives cut into slices 4
Method- Divide the spread into 4 equal portions and keep aside.
Toast the bread slices in a toaster and then butter them. Apply a portion of the spread on each bread slice and cut each slice into 4 square.
Serve immediately garnished with pitted olives and strawberry.
