paneer or tofu cutlet
Ingredients- 200 g paneer/tofu 100 g shelled peas, boiled 100 g carrots, boiled 2 green chillies, chopped Few sprigs coriander leaves ½ teaspoon garlic paste ½ teaspoon black pepper 1/2 tsp olive oil.
Methods -Mash paneer(cottage cheese) or tofu. Combine all the ingredients, including spices. Mix them well. Shape them as flat round balls and bake or roast the tikki(cutlet) applying little oil. Serve hot with coriander chutney
