2 Tbsp soya granules

1 tsp crushed garlic

1 tsp freshly chopped coriander

salt to taste

1/3rd tsp chilli flakes

1/2 tsp ghee or olive oil

4 tbsp whole wheat Flour

water to make dough.


Soak soya granules in warm water for 10-15 minutes. squeeze water from it and keep in a bowl.Now add,crushed garlic, hari dhania salt chilli flakes and mix well.

Make Dough from the Atta. Take small portion of the dough and stuff soya mixture in it and roll out rotis. Heat a skillet and cook your stuffed rotis on medium flame from both the sides properly. Grease olive oil or desi ghee on both the sides.Serve it with spicy chutney .
