Raw Mango Salad
Ingredients
1 raw mango
1/3rd cup onion
1/4th tsp red chilli powder
3-4 mint leaves
1 tsp palm sugar or brown sugar or jaggery
A pinch of salt
Method
Peel the raw mangoes and grate them. Then, slice the onions.Toss the rest of the ingredients together with the raw mangoes and onions. Keep it in refrigerator for 20 minutes till the onion starts leaving juices and settled to the bottom.Garnish with mint leaves and serve.
