refreshing plum punch

 Ingredients

 

2 plums, peeled and deseeded

 

1 slice mango pulp

 

1 tsp chia seed , soaked in 1/2 cup of water for 5-6 hours

 

100 ml water

 

kalanamak to taste ( optional)

 

method

 

churn mango , plums and water in a mixy . Transfer the juice to a glass, add soaked chia seeds and kalanamak and stir well and serve.
