Roasted pumpkin and tomato soup



5 tomatoes


50-70g yellow pumpkin


100 ml orange juice


salt and pepper to taste


Method :


 Cut pumpkin into small pieces and roast pumpkin in air fryer or micro-oven. Wash tomatoes  and cut into halves. Pressure cook tomatoes and pumpkin with just 1/2cup water. Now blend them together in a blender. Transfer to a vessel and reheat. Add 100 ml orange juice to it. Adjust salt and pepper to taste.
