ROSE PETALS TEA
Rose petals ( 1 rose)/ dried rose leaves
4 cup water
1/3tsp/ cup honey
½ tsp saunf
Clip and discard bitter white bases from the rose petals; rinse petal thoroughly and pat dry. In a small saucepan over medium high heat, place the prepared rose petals and saunf. Cover with water and bring just to simmer; let simmer for 5 min or until the petals become discolored.
Remove from heat and strain hot rose petals liquid into a cup. Add honey to taste.
