 Strawberry Rocket leaves salad with feta cheese

Ingredients:-

 Strawberry 6-7

Rocket leaves- 150gm

Red and yellow bell pepper- ½ cup(cut into long strips)

Feta Cheese- 50 gm

Almonds-6 no

Walnut- 2 no

White Sesame Seeds- 1tsp

Dressing-

^{Extra Virgin olive Oil-1tsp}

^{Honey-1 tsp}

^{Balsamic Vinegar-1 tsp}

^{Salt –acc to taste}

Method-

Wash Strawberries and Rocket leaves properly. Cut strawberry into small pieces and tear rocket leaves into two pieces. Keep aside. Now toast walnuts, almonds and sesame seeds in a dry skillet over medium to low heat.

Take a big bowl, add rocket leaves, strawberries, bellpepper, roasted almonds and walnuts. In another bowl add extra virgin olive oil, balsamic Vinegar, honey and Salt, mix it properly.Now pour this dressing over the salad and mix gently. Garnish with feta cheese and sprinkle white sesame seeds. Now salad is ready to serve.
