Date: May 28, 2014

Its summer time and Dehydration is a common problem in summer. though dehydration can occur in any weather but is more likely when the weather is hot. We sweat a lot due to heat and when the body loses water and not enough is replenished, it causes headaches. Dehydration can also trigger migraines so it is a good idea to drink enough water. Both adults and children should drink 8 to 10 glasses of water a day. In addition to drinking enough water, avoid caffeinated drinks and alcohol to replenish the body as they cause dehydration.you can have enough fluid in the form of coconut water, lemon water, buttermilk and of course water itself.
