udon noodle soup

 Ingredients

 
300 ml veg/ chicken broth
4-5 garlic cloves
1/3rd cup jullians of red, yellow bellpeppers and carrot
 2-3 button mushroom, chopped
20-30g udon noodles
salt and pepper to taste 
 
Method
Reheat veg or chicken broth.while reheating put udon noodles in it and cover till cooked.Chop garlic into big pieces,roast on tawa. Add roasted garlic to the soup. Add bellpeppers,carrots and mushroom wait for a minute and  switch off the flame.Add salt and pepper and Serve hot.
