Vegan Miso soup
2 cup veg stock
1/4th cup chopped spring onion with greens
1 carrot thinly sliced.
2 tbs miso paste
1 handfull spinach
5 -6 small cubes of tofu
salt pepper to taste
1.Take veg stock in a vessel and heat .
2.Add chopped spring onion and carrot and bring it to boil
2.Add the miso and stir until dissolved.
3.Put in tofu and spinach
4.Boil for a few minutes and serve
5. add salt and pepper to taste.
