Black Salt–acc. taste
Roasted jeera powder -1/2 tsp
Chopped fresh mint – 1tbsp
Feta cheese/ low fat cottage cheese crumbled – 50 gms
2 whole mint sprigs (for garnishing)
Method -Cut the flesh from melon and cut into bite size pieces, removes the seeds and set aside. In another large bowl take melons ,feta cheese / low fat cottage cheese and mint leaves. Now sprinkle black salt and roasted jeera powder over water melon mixture and toss gently until everything is coated and evenly mixed. Garnish with mint springs.
