Vitamin C is a potent anti oxidant, that helps our body to get rid of oxidative stress. It helps our body to synthesize collagen.
For vitamin C- Consume -Sweet lime, Amla, lemon, Red and green bell peppers, kale, parsley, guava and sprouts as they are rich source of Vitamin C you should drink ample fresh lime juice to get vitamin C, sprout salad with parsley and bell peppers is a good idea.
Vitamin A and E are anti oxidants and helps to boost skin repair and maintenance.

Omega 3 fatty acid- maintains flexibility of skin keeping it wrinkle free, since our body does not synthesize this. Our body has to be supplemented from outside sources like salmon, flaxseeds, chia seeds and walnuts.

Collagen - Its an essential protein that keep our skin youthful, glowy and supple. Avocado Smoothie

Ingredients- coconut milk - 100 ml

Banana- 1/2

Avocado- 1/2

Honey-1 tsp

Chia Seeds-1 tsp

Water- 100 ml

Method- take all ingredients(except chia seeds and mint) in a blender and mix well until smooth.

Garnish with chia seeds and a Mint Sprig.
